RedShift Design and Engineering BVBA was founded in June 2000 by
Tom Beuselinck and Christophe Van Bavinchove. The company is fully owned
by its founders (50% each), who are jointly directing the company.

Although RedShift is a small company, its key personnel carry a wealth of
experience. Additional personnel are hired in function of project and company workload.
Some highly qualified consultants are available to the company on short notice.

| Management team: |
Christophe Van Bavinchove graduated as physicist (experimental physics) at the University
of Ghent in 1994 and was subsequently hired by the Verhaert company where he was responsible for the
thermal engineering and verification of multiple space projects and
industrial projects. As the number of projects increased he hired and managed a small thermal
engineering team.
After optimisation of the thermal design of the FluidPac project he was responsible for all
technical aspects of the project. As FluidPac system engineer he coordinated a team of up
to 10 engineers. |

Tom Beuselinck graduated as civil engineer (electro-mechanics, option mechatronics) at
the University of Leuven in 1991 and was subsequently hired by the space instruments division of the
Verhaert company, where he was system engineer and project manager for several projects.
Managing the FluidPac project he was leading a consortium of five European companies as prime
contractor. He was responsible for the development and operation of the FluidPac facility,
resulting in a successful mission in September 1999. The total budget
for developing and flying FluidPac was almost 25 Million Euro. |
